The new ‘Psychedelic’ look for a top-performing band

Lovelyn Layon

Maroon 5 – famous from their award-winning singles She Will Be Loved, Makes Me Wonder, This Love, and Won’t Go Home without You, the band now forms another smashing album which they call ‘Overexposed’. Aside from its revealing album name, ‘Overexposed’ still grossing its way to the top charts acquainted by the band’s front man, Adam Levine. Adam revealed that this album will be one of their poppiest albums yet. He told their fans around the world that everyone will be surprised with the latest blend and mix of melodies that will be sounding like a contemporary type of music rather than alternative rock.

The new psychedelic cover of “Overexposed’ album consists of ten tracks. Severn out of ten already made it to the top charts this year. The seven singles were Give a little more, Misery, Never gonna leave this bed, Moves like jagger, Out of goodbyes (with Lady Antebellum), Runaway, and Payphone.

Maroon 5 has been reaching out for a better spot in the music industry. This success only defines their never-fading musical blends that can move hundreds of listeners wherever those people are. I love Maroon 5’s Payphone because of its ‘straight-to-the-point’ message. The song relays a message about letting go of a person whom was never meant for you. As the lyric goes, “If happy ever after did exist, I would still be holding you like this. All those fairy tales are full of s**t, one more f____ love song, I’ll be sick.” The lyrics were just so straightforward that I can go crazy for more songs from them.

Are you a Maroon 5 fan? Check out this album cover then reminisce the past by their songs.
